Antique early century Edwardian skirt with a cotton voile lining beneath tiered mesh netting.
Hook and eye closure at the waist.
Two hooks at the waistband, and three below it. Tear in mesh netting at the seam, right below bottom hook— blends in well as it just appears to be the opening of the skirt.
In excellent condition given the age.
