Vintage 60s/70s Lee Westerner jacket. Made in Argentina. Some marks and snags throughout. Seams on both pits separating. Orange mark on middle of back near bottom seam and on left arm (looking at garment). 
Satin like feel to fabric, likely a rayon cotton blend. Pre-shrunk/sanforized.
