Mesh lining. Waist ribbon has hook and eye closure. Zips up on right side (looking at garment) and has hook and eye closure above zipper. Some discoloration on mesh lining, alongside zipper, on brocade above chest, bottom backside to right of zipper, one spot on the front a few inches above hem.
